Regional Marketing Manager

YOUR ROLE

  • To create, implement and evaluate regional branding strategies (incl. product mix, pricing, distribution, advertising and promotion) to achieve all targets.
  • To coordinate launches and relaunches according to the brands master plan.
  • Coordinate with design, advertising, and digital agencies the adaptation or development of all communication and packaging materials, managing the assigned budget.
  • To support the realization of market studies of the brand and analyze the information, providing also relevant insights to the International Marketing teams.
  • Review the brand financials and other metrics (market share, etc.) for implementation of immediate actions.
  •  To evaluate, together with Business Development, the launch of the brand into geographical white spots.
  • To manage direct and cross-functional teams in order to promote the efficiency, results orientation, productivity, innovation, and communications skills

YOUR SKILLS

  • High initiative and determination to achieve strong perspective and judgement.
  • Being fast-thinker and able to solve issues swiftly.
  • Confident in decision making and risk taking.
  •  High willingness to drive change & innovation.
  • Very good convincing and influencing skills, at different organizational levels.
  •  Bachelor Degree in Business Administration or Marketing, preferably with a Master Degree in Business Administration or Marketing.
  • At least 6 years in Marketing – Brand Management and familiarity with all tools in this field (consumer and market share data, market research studies, media plans, etc.).
  •  Sales experience would be a plus.
  • Experience on  brand strategies, product launches, brand communication platforms, etc. 
  • Experience in results in terms of financial and market share achievements.
  • Fluent in Spanish and English
