YOUR ROLE

  • Administrative duties for the Business Unit – compiling monthly presentations.

  • Customer account reconciliation.

  • Price verification between customer invoices paid versus P92 Zpol loaded.

  • Verify the price from the customers portal loaded versus the Henkel SAP P92 Invoice.

  • Quantity verification against the actual delivery versus the quantity paid by customer.

  • Verify the quantity on both the delivery note versus the invoice.

  • Pricing variance recon to be reconciled against SAP prices.

  • Source and submit customer invoices monthly.

YOUR SKILLS

  • A Bachelor´s Degree in Business Admin/ Supply chain management / Business Management.

  • Knowledge in MS Office applications.

  • Good communication skills and time management skills is mandatory.

  • A graduate with 0-2 years’ experience is required.

  • Good stakeholder and customer management skills is desired.
