YOUR ROLE

  • Develop new innovative adhesives and sealants focused on automotive markets.
  • Complete projects within mutually agreed customer timeline.
  • Develop and commercialize adhesive and sealant products that align with customer needs.
  • Engage in the patenting of innovative work, as necessary.
  • Make technical presentations at customer meetings and conferences.
  • Provide technical support to manufacturing, business, and quality teams.
Requirements
  • BS in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Materials Science, or other relevant technical field is required.
  • MS or PhD preferred.
  • 3+ years of experience in formulation of silicone, MMA, and polyurethane based adhesives and sealants is required.
  • Knowledge and experience in the field of thermal conductivity.
  • Experience developing and production scale up of adhesives/ sealants..
  • Excellent verbal and presentation skills with experience presenting to top management, customers and public groups.
