YOUR ROLE

  • Assist in setting & responsible for achieving the yearly/monthly targets for the Unit which includes all KPIs (Coverage, Distribution, Volume, Sales Out)
  • Lead Sales Representatives and Merchandisers teams to achieve the set KPIS
  • Execute the Sales vision, objectives, yearly strategy and main priorities
  • Ensure optimum coverage and maximum distribution within assigned areas
  • Coach and develop the performance of the subordinates through regular assessment and on job Training
  • Manage and develop the relationship and performance of the customers



YOUR SKILLS

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or any relevant study
  • 1 to 2 years of experience in Sales in an FMCG
  • Traditional Trade experience is a plus
  • Fluency in English
  • Proficient user of Microsoft Office Applications
  • Good leadership and communication skills
