  • Assuming responsibility for the Trade Marketing operation across Beauty Care Business Unit via focusing predominantly on customer operations
  • Designing and executing trade marketing activities within the right trade marketing mix (display, distribution, promotion, price, etc.), aligned with the brand(s) strategy
  • Acting as a key point of contact between Marketing, Sales and Supply Chain departments to ensure timely execution of projects
  • Managing operational processes (supply, logistics, production etc.) of all promotion activities according to time schedule and report regularly 
  • Leading promotional trade promo budget in line with the annual budget plan
  • Organizing monthly activity tracking meetings with the Sales Team
  • Following track listing performance of new launches, reporting on a regular basis
  • Analyzing business performance, prepare ad-hoc reports and studies (including market analysis, ROI analysis, forecasting, sales results)
  • Monitoring and analyzing category/channel, competition and consumer market data in order to provide base for the business opportunities
  • Carrying out profitability analyses for both regular SKU’s and promotional packs.


  • BSc/BA in Business Administration or in a relevant field, MBA or Master’s degree is desirable 
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in Trade Marketing within FMCG sector, experience in Sales and Controlling is an additional asset 
  • Previous BTL marketing experience is a strong advantage 
  • Proven ability to multi task and drive key projects in a high demand environment with a strong team attitude
  • Passionate professional, who possesses analytical result-oriented, approach with experience in overcoming challenging situations with a can-do attitude
  • Aptitude to think outside of the box to explore business opportunities
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with aptitude in building relationships with professionals of all organizational levels
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills in English with the ability to interact effectively with all levels of management
  • Advanced user of MS Office applications
