YOUR ROLE

  • Analyze financial results, liaising with the teams in the markets and report on main trends, opportunities and threats across all P&L lines in relation to the business realities
  • Work in close cooperation with the country controllers and regional controlling team
  • Track and report of profitable growth by focusing the team on right opportunities and enabling them to succeed
  • Prepare regular reviews of current, prospected and lost customers and project pipeline by proposing high priority actions
  • Drive creation of Business Development plans for selected countries and track implementation status
  • Develop and maintain Sales & Channel Excellence tools
  • Coordinate strategic pricing counterparts to implement best-practices
  • Product Line Management and Sales Coordination
  • Business Planning and creating a Demand Plan for each country in line with the Supply Chain Demand Planners
  • Create annual Market & Customer Activation Calendar for B2C and B2B business

YOUR SKILLS

    • Engineering Degree, ideally followed by an International Masters Degree

    • 7-10 years of working experience, preferably mainly in B2B

    • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail

    • Energetic self-starter

    • Overall convincing, assertive with strong stakeholder management skills

    • Innovative and eager to learn
