e-Commerce Account for Beauty Care Retail

YOUR ROLE

  • In the Digital team of the Beauty Care Retail division the E-commerce Account will set-up and expand the e-commerce channel with full management of commercial levers.
  • Monitor, aggregate and summarize digital insights to drive e-commerce growth for Beauty Care division
  • Work effectively with Local and International Digital, Marketing, Sales teams managing assortments and promotional levers in agreement with channel needs and strategic guidelines
  • Be able to build strong relationships with internal and external Customers based on trust
    and mutual respect
  • Manage relationships with Digital Players (Pure or Retail) ensuring accurate control of
    forecasting, monitoring, and evaluation for each platform
  • Work closely with Marketing and Communication teams to manage and optimize the yields of both eCommerce visibility and media activities
  • Contribute to cultural change of people in the business to allow the different functions (in particular Sales, Logistics and Marketing) can understand and exploit this new "distributive" approach
  • Interfacing with the Global E-commerce team to share and implement best practices

YOUR SKILLS

  • Degree in Economics, Management, Marketing or Sales
  • 2-5 years of experience, at least 1 in e-commerce, previous experience, even short, in Sales is a strong plus
  • Strong passion for new Digital Media and consolidated experience in digitally advanced realities, Pure Player is a plus
  • Previous experience in online Category Management and Offline Sales are nice to have
  • Able to proactively implement new strategic ideas with high convincing capabilities and strong leadership for managing people 
  • Ideal person is able to communicate effectively, team work oriented, analytical, flexible and has entrepreneurial mindset, problem solving and project management capabilities (creation, execution and supervision)
  • Excellent English
