Fragrance Coordinator

  • Coordinate all of Henkel’s NA Laundry & Home Care fragrance briefs and submissions

  • Collaborate with cross functional teams (R&D, Technical Performance and Insights, Product Safety, and Marketing) to write comprehensive briefs for new and existing fragrances

  • Provide guidance to teams for best practices per Henkel Framework standards and other considerations when requesting fragrances

  • Input and track brief progress and related information in Henkel platforms

  • Manage and coordinate briefing rates with global partners

  • Providing feedback and guidance to both fragrance houses and Henkel NA L&HC teams

  • Responsible for the scheduling and organization of fragrance submissions and meetings

  • Communication for outcome of briefing to fragrance houses

  • Manage NA Laundry & Home Care fragrance portfolio, provide and translate fragrance-related data to identify needs/opportunities for improvements and efficiencies.

  • Coordinate and manage special projects for fragrance, visits on relevant topics, and fragrance house presentations.

  • Support evaluation of fragrance submissions, requesting samples from fragrance houses, participate in and schedule ‘smell’ sessions.

  • Assist internal Henkel departments on fragrance-related topics (Product Safety & Regulatory, Legal, Purchasing, Supply Chain, Marketing, etc).

  • Single point of contact in R&D for day-to-day fragrance-related questions and topics.

  • Ability to effectively partner with cross functional and external counterparts.

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field. 

  • Experience and strong familiarity with Microsoft Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint

  • Experience with SAP is a plus

  • Able to travel on occasion to vendors, trainings, conferences, and other facilities
