YOUR ROLE

  • Responsible for profitable business growth and major development program efforts for regional-, strategic- and local accounts in DACH and distribution partners in this area and for support of activities and major projects at key accounts from strategic market segments in DACH
  • Successful project team lead, defending existing business and trouble shooting
  • Effectively interface regularly with all Henkel departments and with all levels of the customer’s organization, requiring exceptional communication, technical and sales skills
  • Continuously update professional selling and project management skills to keep pace with the practical daily business use of business software and communication equipment and to acquire and maintain and in depth knowledge of all Henkel AE products and their application in customer processes


YOUR SKILLS

  • Master degree in Business or Technical/Science
  • At least 3 years of relevant work experience
  • Sales / engineering / electronics / application techn. vocational background
  • English - business fluent; German - business fluent 
  • Strong and well developed/demonstrated business negotiation & value selling back-ground
