YOUR ROLE

  • Managing processes and communications with customers (internal and external) through multiple channels
  • Prioritizing tasks in order to supply superior service to all key accounts
  • Resolving crisis situations while not jeopardizing customer relationships
  • Managing the order process for multiple business groups with various and service rules

YOUR SKILLS

  • Graduate of Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain and Industrial Engineering preferred, but other courses may also be considered
  • Preferably with at least one (1) year related work experience in Order Management or Supply Chain
  • Knowledge in Microsoft Office suites required; SAP is an advantage
  • Proficient English communication and presentation skills (in order to be able to effectively respond to customers' requests and complaints) via e-mails and calls
  • Willing to work on a night shift (09:00PM ~ 06:00AM schedule) and following US Holidays
