YOUR ROLE

  • Lead and review one or many Innovation projects

  • Define & manage project milestones to ensure alignment with global SBU/ SU plans and Inno Strategy – financial business plans, technical roadmaps, customer roadmaps, positioning, risk analysis incl. mitigation plan

  • Lead and motivate project / program cross-functional teams

  • Identify potential key gaps and provide alternative solutions in order to meet the business targets

  • Supervise project implementation activities, potentially across one or several single projects in ADP with a common theme

  • Closely coach project team members on their daily work using the Adhesives Development Process template

  • Organize and lead project meetings focused on ADP deliverables

  • Regularly update on project progress and summarize status of the project clusters managed

  • Assist with product launch in manufacturing and ensure adequate quality before launch

YOUR SKILLS

  • Bachelor's Degree

  • Preferable years of total Experience: 4+Yrs Exp. in TCS/ Sales/ Mktg.

  • 2+ years of Project Management in Engineering or Chemical Fields

  • Must have combination of project management skills and technology knowledge

  • Experience in projects on technology or product development
