YOUR ROLE

  • Manage Americas TCS team including Application Engineers, CAD/Design Engineers, Print Engineers, Equipment Engineers, and Field Service Engineers

  • Manage the day to day operations of the Rocky Hill 3DP Laboratories

  • Establish 3D Printing best practice in regards to design support & application validation

YOUR SKILLS

  • Bachelors degree in relevant Technical / Marketing / Business field. Masters degree preferred.

  • 7-10 years experience in International Industrial environment. Experience with 5+ years in Technical Customer Service. 

  • Excellent communications / team leadership skills

  • 20% - 30% travel requirements (International and Domestic)
