YOUR ROLE


Our local HR organisation in UK/Ireland is responsible for attraction, recruitment and retention of talented and ambitious people, who are crucial for our global business success. The successful candidate will cooperate with the global recruitment Centre of Expertise team who support the analysis, planning, facilitation and implementation of recruitment best practices to support Henkel’s vision and strategic goals.


We are searching for a Recruitment Partnerto join our team in Hemel Hempstead at the earliest possible date.




  • Managing direct sourcing strategies and maintaining and improving direct hire ratios

  • Source active and passive candidates through direct channels, social media, internet sourcing, talent mapping and relationship building to create strong talent pipelines

  • Close collaboration with our HR Business Partners and business colleagues

  • Responsible for designing recruitment advertisements both internally and externally

  • Managing applications through the recruitment process, scheduling of interviews either directly with candidates or via recruitment agencies.

  • Consolidate, assess and conduct first phone/skype/face to face interviews with candidates as required

  • Ensure correct updating and maintaining of HR tools related to recruitment

  • Analyse current trends deriving future recruitment needs and applying appropriate actions

  • Ongoing process optimizing based on continuous self-evaluating and KPI reporting

  • Taking initiative for new approaches and managing cultural change




YOUR SKILLS



  • Ideally University degree in Business Administration, with HR specialism or other related fields but candidates with relevant experience will be considered

  • Min. 3+ years of relevant work experience ideally in a similar role and/or in a recruitment company

  • Convincing track record on social media recruitment

  • Proactive communication with candidates, hiring managers and colleagues in HR

  • Sales “attitude”, hands-on mentality and passion for recruitment topics.

  • Expert knowledge about recruitment processes & standards, target group expectations, recruitment sourcing channels etc.,

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, able to quickly develop strong, strategic and positive working relationships across all levels and functions

  • Flexibility for occasional travel to Ireland if required and, when needed, support of other countries in Nordic cluster.
