YOUR ROLE

The Associate, Shopper Marketing provides project management, vendor management, and budget support to the Shopper Marketing and Consumer Engagement team.

  • Manage several concurrent deliverables and dependencies, prioritizing based on deadlines and business needs for Shopper Marketing.
  • Identify risk/issues in current and future workflow by staying ahead of potential issues and raising need for escalation ahead of time. Works with team to mitigate and resolve; provide recommendations to solve.
  • Develop and maintain detailed workload tracker for projects and ensure that status and next steps for every project are clear, and available to brand teams. Continuously communicates with brand team to ensure complete service and delivery expectations.
  • Manage the Shopper and National Promotions budget, being able to update, reconcile, and communicate to Marketing and Finance.

Requirements

  • Problem solving, time management and prioritization; excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills
  • BS/BA (Business, Marketing, Supply Chain Management)
  • 1-2 years of experience in consumer products marketing, project management or supply chain management
  • Proficiency with PC applications MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook required. SAP or other database experience preferred.
