Document Management System (DMS)
• Responsible for processing all classes of technical documents which includes formulas, raw materials, test methods, quality standards, product process standards, standard operating procedures, packaging information sheets.
• Manage product dossiers through DMS for all Henkel plants and co-packer production.
• Import support documentation into DMS for development of R&D documentation. Identify and retire and/or obsolete documentation. Write and update DMS processing standard operating procedures
• Support DMS validation activities as required. Provide training and support to DMS users

Create and maintain product dossiers for Henkel Plant and Co-Packers through Document Management System (DMS)
• Receive product dossier request forms from Contract Manufacturing to initiate development of co-packer product dossiers and worksheets from CQA to initiate Henkel plant product dossiers. Create product dossiers shells and set permission access for viewing product dossiers by Henkel plants and co-packers.
• Serve as liaison between R&D, Contract Manufacturing, Package Design and, Materials Control, co-packers, and Henkel plants for creation, completion and maintenance of product dossiers. Work with Bratislava to develop IBOMs for Packaging and Formula.
• Install all documentation necessary in product dossiers to support manufacturing of Henkel products. Ensure any new documentation is routed and made effective through DMS to ensure Henkel Plants and co-packers are provided with necessary specifications needed for ordering materials to meet production start-up timelines.

Support SAP Activities
• Manage product movements as needed by NCMR, Impound, Quality Alert, etc. dispositions.
• Conduct traceability searches from production posting to customer distribution. Determine material costing for NCMR processing.

Support Corporate Quality Assurance Team Activities
• Provide project team with DMS Dossier and CQA requirements and ensure DMS documentation requirements are placed on Gantt chart project timelines.
• Communicate to CQA personnel in writing on key information, issues and changes discussed in the project team meetings. Provide monthly metrics of CQA activity (TBD)



  • Bachelors in science field

  • Proficient in MS Word, MS Excel, Power Point and Visio
