  • Manage agendas / meetings across different time zones
  • Facilitate meetings 
  • Prepare presentations 
  • Manage project deliverables and deadlines 
  • Draft documents 
  • Day to day support on miscellaneous tasks 
  • Travel management 
  • Support with project and document management

YOUR SKILLS


  • Fluent in English, German is an advantage
  • Experience with senior executives in global managing roles
  • Experience in operational processes, background in Supply Chain Management/Logistics is a strong advantage 
  • Experience with MS-office, capability of creating or adjusting slides in PowerPoint is an advantage 
  • Professional experience in a multicultural, international organization
  • Personality: takes ownership, persistent, self-confident, pragmatic and hands-on, very good organization and multi-tasking skills, flexible thinking
