YOUR ROLE

  • Establish and execute a strategic road map for Global Services

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with SBU managers and key stakeholders.

  • Manage and lead a Global team of direct and indirect resources that are geographically dispersed.

  • Define key metrics for the program in conjunction with SBU’s and ensure that the program is operationally driven based on data and metrics.

  • Collect and leverage key performance data for the service programs to drive strategic recommendations back to the SBU’s

  • Adopt best practices to drive continuous improvement

  • Consult with SBU’s on an ongoing basis to ensure alignment between the SBU business objectives and how the service program is being delivered.

  • Engage with third party technology providers as required.

  • Incorporate Digital solutions to drive end user experience and efficiency

YOUR SKILLS

  • Passionate about monetizing Services and how new technology can improve business outcomes.

  • Strong technical knowledge of web-based solutions, digital tools, data base management, SAP, work flow management,

  • 10+ years industry experience with a demonstrated leadership role.

  • Strong analytical, organizational, communication and presentation skills.

  • Highly adaptable with the ability to effectively manage multiple concurrent work streams.

  • Strong business acumen and the ability to provide operational, technical and financial oversight.

  • Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate, lead, develop, direct and position people to work effectively in a team environment.

  • Demonstrated experienced in leading and working in virtual teams

  • Bachelor’s Degree in a technical discipline.

  • MBA Degree desired
