Sales and Account Manager (Retail Home Improvement)

  • The Sales and Account Manager will be responsible for achieving the financial and strategic goals aligned to the Lowes and Home Depot accounts while also managing the Henkel field sales team and a team of external sales reps supporting Lowes and Home Depot.

  • Manage key initiative projects internally with direct execution in the field

  • Create and plan in-store projects and organize execution by collaborating with Henkel marketing teams along with internal and external field teams.

  • Work directly with merchandising execution teams on in store activities.

  • Actively participate in the preparation and execution of key Home Center meetings throughout the year.

  • Lead the Regional Sales Team across multiple functions including meeting preparation, data generation and analysis, project planning and strong communication of account level initiatives to ensure seamless implementation at the field level.


  • Bachelors degree is required. 

  • 5+ years of sales/account management experience in consumer products required.

  • Previous experience with Home Depot, Lowe's or similar home improvement big-box retailer is required.

  • 30%-50% travel is required.

  • Skills in data analysis, organization & time management, communication, and sound decision making.
