YOUR ROLE

  • Support team members to outperform, deal with difficulties, negotiate with customers, and make tough decisions;
  • Leverage market changes to find new opportunities
    get full internal support to satisfy customers and make profitable growth.
  • Improving market share in KA and KSI initiatives
  • Providing hands on leadership, coach and engage people to deliver high performance - combining with customer visits and business review.

YOUR SKILLS

  • Well manage distributors and achieve growth
  • 5-10 years related working experience
  • Fluent English and Cantonese
  • Master degree is preferred with chemical/ industrial/ engineer background
