Production Supervisor

  • Responsible for planning, scheduling, supervision, control, safety and security of all manufacturing personnel.

  • Leading lean, continuous improvement and waste reduction initiatives specifically related to production processes. 

  • Problem analysis and planning for improving core production processes in critical measures such as reliability, quality and cost.

  • Develop and/or maintain support systems for production processes. Accountable for on-time execution of production schedule.

  • Responsible for compliance and improvement of all Safety Health & Environment and quality requirements. Administers current company policies concerning quality standards, personnel issues and safety


  • BS in Mechanical, Industrial, Chemical, or Electrical Engineering with 1-3 years technical experience is highly desirable.

  • Six Sigma or Lean Manufacturing experience preferred

  • Ability to work independently or as part of a cross-functional team on complex technical projects. Aptitude to work with customers to understand and react to their requirements.

  • Ability to work with mathematical concepts such probability and statistical inference, and the fundamentals of plane and solid geometry and trigonometry.

  • This position will require working 12 hour shifts, scheduled 4 days on, 4 days off, as well as a rotation of night and day shifts every 3 months.
