Regional Manager Total Rewards - Europe (d/f/m)

YOUR ROLE

  • Leads the implementation of total rewards projects and initiatives in the region
  • Manages regional total rewards policies and programs in line with global total rewards strategy and priorities
  • Provides advice to regional / local management on total rewards policy and guideline interpretation
  • Steers and coordinates total rewards activities, e.g. annual salary review cycles, open enrollments, participation in remuneration surveys in the region
  • Leverage external knowledge and practices to identify themes and issues and scan for emerging reward trends and innovations
  • Build understanding and capability in the local total rewards and HR teams to ensure policies, processes, systems and tools are activated effectively and consistently
  • Collaboratively work with global, regional, and local stakeholders in implementing global and regional initiatives
  • Recommends plan revision as well as new plans that are cost effective and consistent with total rewards trends and global total rewards objectives
  • Explores opportunities to harmonize, standardize and simplify total rewards policies and processes across the region
  • Support total rewards topics in M&A activities
  • Support global total rewards with projects and initiatives

YOUR SKILLS

  • Bachelor’s Degree (Business, Human Resources or a related field)
  • 5-7 years of progressively responsible experience in C&B
  • Fluent English language skills (German is a plus)
  • Proven project management experience
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with ability to influence all levels of leadership
  • Advanced knowledge of MS-Office applications
