Sales Analyst, Beauty Team

The Beauty Care Sales Analyst is responsible for providing analytical, forecasting and CAPRIS planning support for Kroger and Meijer.  This is a developmental role with future opportunity to be customer facing at Kroger and/or Meijer. 

  • Develop and maintain Kroger/Meijer team specific reporting (POS and shipments), lead the post promotional analysis for key events at both customers, support the development and monitoring of annual planning, and complete special project work for National Business Managers and the Sales Director.

  • Utilize 84.51, Market 6 and other insights data to drive growth of Henkel brands and our Beauty categories at Kroger and Meijer.

  • Partner with National Business Managers to develop, monitor, and refine forecasts using account POS, IRI and other key trend data to deliver against business plan, customer in stock goals and internal Henkel accuracy measures. 

  • Utilize 84.51, Market 6, IRI and other insights data to assist in the preparation of customer line reviews and internal presentations, weekly reporting, and special project work.

  • Provide support in Kroger and Meijer systems: contracts; promotion set-up; maintain annual promotional calendars and/or event tracker; serve as primary point of contact for Kroger supplier hub; New Item Set-up (in-store & E-commerce platforms)

  • Attend customer presentations with National Business Manager and Sales Director

  • Own weekly communication of customer POS scorecards to Headquarters and local sales teams


  • BS degree in related field; MBA preferred

  • Minimum of 2 years of sales analytics, or related experience. Exposure to consumer products promotions.

  • Excellent communication skills; Experience with group and one-on-one presentations
  • Strong analytic and financial acumen, experience with Excel PowerPoint.
