Regional Network Planning Manager

YOUR ROLE
  • Rough cut capacity planning for APAC Hotmelt networks
    1.1 Continued to refresh Hotmelt RCCP deck including the definition of network, work center and IDH scope
    1.2 Lead plant capacity discussion, scenario planning and regional supply review meeting as part of AI regional S&OP process
    1.3 Lead supply network change project according to S&OP decisions
    1.4 Coordinate cross region supply network project as per request
    1.5 Participate and support global supply review for incumbent network
  • Rough cut raw material planning for Hotmelt relevant key raw material baskets
    2.1 Interface with BPO on MRP Simulation job and 1st version data validation as part of RCRP process
    2.2 Lead periodical RCRP review meeting with CTM for Hotmelt key raw material baskets for constraints and solutions
    2.3 Coordinate raw material crisis, particularly the shortage with cross region, cross country impact
    2.4 Work with CTM for raw material switching of the incumbent baskets for cost saving
    2.5 Work as Task Force for critical supplier or material introduction to AP plants
  • Network Specialist for Hotmelt Finished Goods made in APAC
    3.1 Define supply network for Hotmelt Finished Goods made in APAC
    3.2 Manage Planning Parameter including Decision Tree and collaborate with S&OP community for supply chain MOC
    3.3 Lead Hotmelt network optimization to ensure most efficient set up of the supply chain network in terms of sourcing, destination location / customer and dependent material flow

  • Demonstrated ability to use analytical and logical thinking to analyze scenario and data
    Ability to lead cross-functionally, builds and maintains professional and effective working relationships with colleagues
  • Customer focus and Business Acumen: can respond to inquiries with positively and appropriately attitude, can analyze issues from a business and cross-functional perspective
  • Capability to drive results, understands strategic importance of the decisions being made and demonstrate commitment and drive to see things through
  • Communication: Structures and presents technical data in a clear and logical format, seeking for a mutual consensus of the decision and action
  • Bachelor degree in Management, Supply Chain, Engineering
  • 5 years+ in Supply Planning, familiar with MRP, MPS and RCCP
  • 1 year+ in APO SNP would be beneficial
  • Fluent in English
