Solvents Coordinator - 3rd shift

  • Responsible for improving the Safety & efficiencies throughout. Responsible for supporting & monitoring current established processes & aiding in developing new processes. 
  • Requires >80% direct labor and <20% indirect labor assisting lead &/or manager. Able to develop & help motivate others to their highest level. Interact effectively with all employees, in a group or individual. Has a proven track record of being a change agent.
  • Keeps everyone following Standard Safety Process & to improve safety Culture & process.
  • Performs multiple manufacturing operations in which tasks are complex & typically involves the resolution of unusual or difficult problems. 
  • Analyzes workload & communicates to operators the need to move from operations throughout the day depending on workload needs.
  • Supports scheduling, completes daily communications w/teams, supports quality, leads by example & communicates in a professional & tactful manner. Builds Teamwork across the shifts.


  • H.S. Diploma or G.E.D Minimum Requirements  
  • 3-5 years manufacturing experience required
  • Must be trainable to safely operate production equipment, including high lift truck, lift 50 pounds, manipulate drums weighing up to 600 pounds with proper mechanical assists, and maintain daily records for work performed. 
  • The employee frequently is required to sit and use hands to finger, handle or feel objects, tools or controls.
