Technical Customer Service Engineer (Semiconductor & Compact camera module)

YOUR ROLE

  • Conduct technical performance related inquiries from customer
  • Provide technical on-site support to customers during product evaluation, qualification and trouble shooting
  • Support new material development
  • Collects, Communicates and manages technical data, information for knowledge sharing with other functional working group

YOUR SKILLS

  • Bachelor's degree or higher degree of related with Engineering, Science or Chemical.
  • Minimum of five (5) years working experience in Semiconductor or Electrical industry
  • Good knowledge of CCM(Compact Camera Module) and Advanced package
  • Working experience with global team or customers preferred
  • Good verbal and written English communication skills
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, self-driven and has a positive attitude towards learning and personal development
