YOUR ROLE

  • Develop unique and exclusive category and channel programs through a comprehensive understanding of end users and shoppers’ insights
  • Generate relevant shopper insights in order to leverage business potentials and support our strategic agenda
  • Develop best in class channel strategies for a channel dedicated activation of our brand strategies
  • Establish and upskill strong team with superior shopper marketing competence
  • Infuse shopper and category mindset into the entire German consumer adhesives organization
  • Engage into productive and cohesive relationships with customers to drive shopper satisfaction and maximize sales and profit for both, Henkel and our customers

YOUR SKILLS 

  • Excellent university degree in Management/Economics/Marketing/Finance
  • Min. 5 years of relevant experience in category management / marketing / trade marketing on strategic and operational level
  • International and/or leadership experience appreciated
  • Strong organization and problem solving skills as well as a goal-orientated approach
  • Strong conceptual and analytical skills
  • Proven experience of building strategic customer relationships
  • Team-oriented, flexible, self-motivated, pragmatic
  • Excellent English knowledge, verbal and written
