YOUR ROLE

  • Work closely with Henkel’s Global Compensation team to implement corporate policies, provide NA regional input for global requests, and support regional implementation of global initiatives.

  • Ensure compensation policies, HAY job evaluations and other programs are administered consistently across all North American business units and functions. Conducts job evaluations and ensures individual job levels and compensation offers are fair, competitive, within guidelines and compliant.

  • Manage and execute market data end-to-end process and annual benchmarking cycle, selecting applicable survey sources and ensuring timely data submission to ensure access to data.

  • Partner with and support HR Business Partners in developing competitive compensation offers and pay strategies; provides guidance to HR Business Partners to provide recommended adjustments as required.

  • Drive annual compensation cycles through salary and incentive planning, ensuring that compensation-related tools and training are effective and available to all end users. Additionally, manage and administer Long Term Incentive and other Executive Perquisite programs for North America.

  • Provide innovative thought leadership in the area of driving process improvements based on business conditions and overall compensation strategy.

  • Direct, supervise and coordinate work activities of subordinates.

  • Manage Henkel’s North American fleet program through direct report and external vendors


YOUR SKILLS

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field; 10+ years within Compensation or Total Rewards function with robust understanding of salary structures and broad bands

  • Detail oriented with strong data analysis experience, inclusive of data modeling

  • Strong project management skills; ability to prioritize and then manage multiple projects concurrently, managing to due dates and timelines and adaptability to a fast-paced and changing work environment

  • Excellent interpersonal skills; ability to build strong team environment, interact with many stakeholders and influence senior leaders
