The Vice President, Marketing – Body Care will have P&L and Marketing responsibility for all Body branded products including Dial & Right Guard. The primary mandate will be to build the portfolio’s competitive position while ensuring maximum growth and profitability through well-thought-out brand positioning and supporting marketing plans with flawless execution.  Success will be defined as delivering on all annual net external sales, P&L and market share objectives while defining and executing the strategic direction for the brand equities. 

Key Responsibilities include:

  • Strategic planning/setting the vision for a portfolio of leading brands, leveraging data an insights to create new sources for growth.

  • Lead management overviews/updates/presentations

  • Effective P&L management

  • Collaborate with Customer Excellence and Sales to understand key trade channel dynamics and impact on the franchise and ensure that sound trade strategies are implemented

    Understand the dynamics of the category and competitive activities and develop appropriate marketing strategies that ensure viable market share growth.

    Spearhead the recruitment, motivation, development, and retention of skilled professionals who can deliver sustained (profitable) revenue growth. Continuously evaluate the skills and effectiveness of the brand team, and instill a culture of accountability, performance-based management, teamwork, and other best practices to achieve the goals of the organization.


  • Bachelor’s in marketing / Business, or related field required, MBA preferred, with 15+ years of progressive Marketing experience within CPG / Consumer Products industry.

  • Experience having served as a senior marketing leader with a track record of delivering exceptional business results.

  • Strong understanding of brand, new product, and trade marketing within a CPG environment, as well as demonstrated effectiveness working cross-functionally within a global organization. Significant advertising and brand positioning experience is also required.

  • Exceptional leadership and strategic general business management skillset. Ability to inspire, motivate and direct strategic vision through direct management and ability to influence teams cross-functionally.
