Sales and Channel Development Manager

YOUR ROLE

  • Defining and driving standards to enhance the power and efficiency of customer-facing teams regionally.

  • Equips our organization with the processes, tools and governance to strategically and systematically address the Automotive OEM market in the Americas articulating market strategy to project development, launch and production.

  • Design and conducts deep-dive capability analysis and coordinate the programs to develop our high performance sales team. It includes enhancing our CRM and other digital platforms and structuring our Key Accounts strategies. 

  • Develops the solutions to optimize our sales efficiencies by strategically assigning our different customers segments to the most appropriate channel (including e-commerce, distribution, service strategy).

  • Execute sales & channel excellence roadmap regionally for the Americas at the Strategic Business Unit (SBU) level and support global strategic projects.

  • Manages a team of individual contributors.

YOUR SKILLS

  • Leadership – Persuasion - Systematic & Strategic thinking

  • 5+ years in Marketing

  • 5+ years in Sales

  • 2+ years of international work experience

  • Automotive industry experience

  • English speaking – in addition Portuguese and Spanish a strong advantage

  • Channel management

  • Social Selling

  • Sales management / Key Account management

  • Collaborative innovation 


 Position could be located in Madison Heights, MI, or Mexico City, Mexico
