YOUR ROLE

  • Manage an existing inside sales customer base in excess of $2.2MM.
  • Grow sales at smaller sized accounts within the territory. Focus technologies include surface treatment chemicals.
  • Gain specific knowledge of all aspects of the customer's business (e.g. business objectives, strategies, product development plan, applications, service expectations).
  • Continuously work closely with regional paint, equipment and distribution partners to develop new projects and build Bonderite brand.
  • Prospect for new business.

YOUR SKILLS

  • Bachelor's degree required, preferably in a technical or business field. 
  • A Strong understanding of managing sales projects from start to close.
  • 3-5 years industrial inside sales experience; surface treatment industry is preferred.
  • Ability to manage a large list of customers and travel up to 20%
  • Ability to prepare and deliver presentations over the phone to win business
