YOUR ROLE

  • Responsible for overall business working closely with leaders from technical service, Product Development, marketing, HR, and operations.
  • Position will report into Global business head and be part of FC Global leadership team and NA leadership team
  • Develop and implement key initiatives in line with global targets as well as implement strategic business plans with their personnel, product development, and technical customers service teams.
  • Develop long term NA strategy to including M&A, new markets, and new to world technologies
  • Coach and develop future leaders within Henkel organization including 5 direct reports and a total staff responsibility of 26 sales professionals in North America

YOUR SKILLS

  • 7+ years sales leadership experience
  • Background in the Chemicals or Paints & Coatings markets preferred
  • Experience in international environments/ networks
  • Ability to travel ~40% overnight
  • Ability to negotiate contracts and build customer relationships at high levels
