YOUR ROLE

  • Bring and analyze relevant info on regards standard KPI & CPA to support GM/Heads to develop Sales Action Plan to reinforce Business Steering and take decisions.
  • Support excellent execution & cascading/coordination of the SLP(i) & Sales Strategic Projects into the country Coordination, together with GM and Channel Heads, of Global Sales & Business Steering concepts
  • Represent the country towards Regional Sales Business Steering Provide structured feedback of all Sales concepts implemented, possible Country Specifics, Best Practices.
  • Quantitative: Support to achieve fulfillment of target plan (TP), P&L components (related to Sales L6, CPA…) & KPI’s in the country.
  • Qualitative: Excellent execution & coordination of the SLP and main sales projects aligned with the objectives, the defined strategic key pillars and the global sales steering framework, in order to enhance profitable growth, efficiency, effectiveness of the sales processes and operational excellence.

YOUR SKILLS

  • Professional in Business administration, industrial engineering or related areas
  • Sales experience in field
  • advanced Excel
  • English (min 80%)
