YOUR ROLE

  • Learn how to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, drawings, etc.
  • Learn how to operate electrical test equipment, welding and torching equipment, pipe treading equipment, and small hand and power tools.
  • Learn to perform preventive maintenance activities according to procedures.
  • Learn to weld or torch for fabricating or repair activities.
  • Learn to perform basic electrical testing and repairs.
  • Learn to operate lift equipment and obtain operator’s certificate.
  • Learn to run errands to pick up parts and supplies.
  • Learn to complete all required paperwork and documentation.
  • Learn how to communicate information to incoming shifts and obtain information from outgoing shift.
