YOUR ROLE

  • Be responsible for the customer quality management, especially for customer voice handling, investigations, DOEs, corrective/preventive actions, to make sure KPI matching and problem solving
  • Support customer problem solving on site if necessary
  • Be responsible for process quality management, product/ process/ internal audit, verify the executions vs ISO/IATF 16949 and internal procedures/ customer CSRs
  • Identify risks in process and take actions for prevention
  • Drive changes and continuous improvements in process, cost saving and so on
  • Support cross team and stakeholders for necessary tasks
  • Perform temporary or special projects as require

YOUR SKILLS


  • Good English in oral and writing
  • High sense of quality responsibility
  • Good understanding on IATF16949 requirements, and good at 5 core tools will be beneficial
  • Be proactive and quick learner
  • Better to have 6 sigma green belt
