Innovation Project Manager

  • Job Purpose: Execute global or regional projects contributing to SBU goals primarily consisting of Adhesives Development Process Innovation related activities Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage 8 - 10 Innovation projects
  • Define & manage project milestones to ensure alignment with global SBU plans and Inno Strategy
  • Create financial business plans, technical roadmaps, customer roadmaps, positioning, and risk analysis including mitigation plan
  • Lead and motivate project cross-functional teams and identify potential key gaps and provide alternative solutions in order to meet the business targets


  • Bachelor's Degree and 4 - 7 years of professional work experience
  • Project Management experience on complex development projects, preferably in the adhesives or specialty chemical industry
  • Fluent in English, German or Chinese would be desirable
  • Expert in MS Project, Excel, Word and PowerPoint required 
  • Strong team leadership experience and excellent communicator and team player
