Technical Field Service/Sales Representative (Tesla)

YOUR ROLE 

  • Manage the site technical service functions onsite for the Tesla automotive account in Fremont, CA.
  • Support automotive pretreatment systems and sealer applications through testing, audits, reporting and troubleshooting. 
  • Develop, manage, and apply organizational resources to provide excellent customer and technical support.
  • Ensure the rapid resolution of problems and provide technical and product management support across multiple technology platforms.
  • Champion site continuous-improvement projects that result in process efficiencies and recognized value.
  • Identify opportunities of account growth and relationship improvement.


YOUR SKILLS 

  • Bachelor's Degree is required.
  • 2+ years of metal pretreatment experience is required.
  • Previous experience servicing pretreatment lines in a manufacturing environment is preferred.
  • Prior onsite experience providing technical account support is preferred.
  • Strong customer facing skills with ability to quickly build trust.
