Global Project Manager - Costco Team (Bellevue, WA)

YOUR ROLE

Global Project Manager is responsible for overseeing and managing strategic global projects related to the delivery on Henkel Laundry and Home Care’s (LHC) objectives in net sales, profitability, market share, and trade management. This role will partner with internal and external stakeholders to ensure flawless execution and delivery of key projects and successfully integrate and partner with all internal teams to deliver business solutions.

  • Operate as liaison between sales and marketing (both National and Retailer Brands)
  • Conduct Global project management for Costco Team – both US & International
  • Build and track project timelines; conduct weekly review of projects and outline where support is needed; create and compile package process to deliver projects to the customer
  • Identifying, processing and closing deductions aligned with company guidelines; initiate, manage and process sample ordering
  • Work with country affiliates for monthly/quarterly reporting and connect points
  • Manage customer complaints through Henkel process; monitor & benchmark achievement of quantitative and qualitative KPIs
  • Will require taking on some administrative duties of the team (about 25% of the workload)

The location of the role is Bellevue, WA.

YOUR SKILLS

  • Bachelor degree required; or equivalent experience
  • 5+ years of retail, CPG or related project management experience. Prior functional experience in supply chain, marketing, category management, etc preferred
  • Strong analytical, project management and presentation skills
  • General business management knowledge; financial acumen; relationship building skills
