Senior Brand Manager - Pravana

  • Lead the development of go-to-market strategy and marketing campaigns for and with key customers
  • Manage national, channel specific, and account specific brand and promotional strategy from creation to in-store/on-site execution 
  • Continuously work with brand teams, sales, education, customer service, customers and external vendors to ensure proper promotional launch planning and execution
  • Establish and maintain internal promotion planning schedule
  • Use historical data to drive growth by developing and recommending strategies that maximize promotional effectiveness 
  • Lead the development of marketing materials for campaigns, events & promotions, in-store and online
  • Oversee the creative design of sales and marketing collateral for the Customer


  • BA/BS major in business, marketing communications, design or advertising required, MBA preferred.
  • Minimum of 6 yrs experience in marketing for consumer and/or beauty products required.
  • Experience in large corporations is a plus. 
  • Strong communication & presentation skills, ability to clearly articulate ideas through concise & timely written correspondence.
  • High proficiency with spreadsheets, database, presentation graphics and word processing software (preferred experience in Microsoft environment).
