Global eCRM Manager

  • Autonomous project management and budget planning for the development of a US-based, global eCRM (Electronic Customer Relationship Management) program and further projects in the field of eCRM. Development of a US-focused global eCRM marketing automation strategy to support global brand communication.
  • Collaborate with Global eCRM leads, brand teams, IT, agency partners, digital media and legal to ensure program launch milestones are met. Oversee program content development, integration and functionality to drive successful campaign activation, including high-quality subscribers.  Share learnings and updates with Global teams ongoing.
  • Development of the platform to ensure globally consistent eCRM systems & processes. Ensure that KPIs and reporting are consistent with Global reporting. 
  • Build and execute strategies to integrate the program into brand planning, including goal setting and cross-agency communications.
  • Lead acquisition and retention strategies, while managing data to effectively segment and activate through the tech stack- DMP/DSP, etc.
  • Develop an effective ROI model to prioritize eCRM resources including marketing, budget, communication opportunities and team resources to maximum effect.
  • Makes decisions independently to fulfill an interlinking global Henkel digital strategy in the field of eCRM. Independent development of concepts to increase marketing results. 
  • In order to carry out these duties, works with the following parties: IMU, Global Media, CDO, Countries, IBS, Data-Security / Legal and external agencies. 
  • Reports in this role as project manager


  • BS/BA (Marketing, Business), MBA preferred.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in CRM marketing, or associated field. Experience within CPG / Consumer Goods highly preferable, including knowledge of category preferred (major competitors, target users, industry trends)
  • Strong interpersonal/communication skills; strong analytical skills; strong technical orientation.
  • Demonstrated leadership and organization skills required; collaborate, cross-functional team player.
