Industrial & Lean Project Engineer

YOUR ROLE

  • Support Henkel Production System implementation program for North America
  • Support all productivity targets manufacturing facilities. 
  • Standardize best practice examples where found in sites
  • Ensure productivity increases are captured in Cost Chase Data Base related to their activities
  • Manage interface of HPS standards and site implementation
  • Support layout & master planning on selected sites/projects

YOUR SKILLS

  • Bachelors degree in Industrial Engineering or other engineering discipline is required. 
  • 5+ years of relevant experience with at least two years of experience in lean manufacturing/operations role is required. 
  • Prefer candidates with six sigma or other continuous improvement experience. 
  • Ability to travel 50%
