  • The Planning and Warehouse Manager role will lead the production planning team, bulk material planning team, and warehouse team. These groups partner with plant operations and the corporate central planning teams in developing finite production schedules, define optimal material flow, and provide leadership and strategic focus to accomplishment supply chain KPIs. 
  • Key metrics for the team are inventory targets, operational efficiencies, and customer service targets. These results are achieved through maximized production run quantities, optimized timing of promotional/new product transitions, and robust raw material inventory strategies. As with all roles and responsibilities in the plant, safety leadership will also be a fundamental aspect of this role. Safety is a fundamental aspect of the role and is part of everyone’s responsibility.


  • BS/BA Degree. 5 to 10 years' experience with emphasis in manufacturing, warehousing, & planning/scheduling, with a minimum of 3 to 5 years in supervisory experience.
  • APICS certification preferred. Additional experience in logistics & purchasing/vendor management preferred
  • Strong analytical & communication skills. Demonstrated ability to communicate & present to all levels of organization 
  • Strong knowledge of SAP, APO, ERP systems
  • Demonstrated results in team-based environment of driving operational performance, team productivity & employee engagement through strong leadership and change management skills
  • Demonstrated ability to identify issues, conduct root cause analysis, & take corrective actions
  • Excellent organizational skills to ensure ability to organize robust planning & scheduling methods
