YOUR ROLE

  • Implement Global SU Strategy regionally
  • Facilitate new Product Launches
  • Develop & implement Industry/Device Programs
  • Focus on complex application needs & support sales force to implement/secure business
  • Identify new areas/customers for Business Development
  • Deliver “Total Solutions” Program to Key Accounts/Projects
  • Support line trials, proposal/cost justification/customer capital justification, group selling
  • Lead monthly team meetings with local key account managers and related territory sales representatives to spread Best Practices/Knowledge
  • Manage & improve project pipeline and deliver financial plan
  • Motivate, mentor & coach local key account managers to exceed financial goals
  • 50% willingness to travel (Homeoffice possible)



YOUR SKILLS

  • Masters degree in Business, Chemistry or Engineering
  • MBA preferred, deep industry / market knowledge and experience
  • Minimum of 5 years working experience in Sales, PD or TCS
  • Experience in managing virtual teams & remote sales or marketing colleagues
  • Outstanding communication skills, fluent English, German a plus
