YOUR ROLE 

  • Work as part of an international and dynamic team defining and implementing a target group driven channel sales and marketing strategy
  • Assess & develop channel strategies with focus on digital channels
  • Identify gaps in the European distribution landscape and define counteractions
  • Actively steer distributors through account plans and manage yearly planned activities (marketing activities, sales events, trade fairs, training modules, etc)
  • Drive deployment of e-shop across Europe
  • Identify shortcomings in e-shop adoption and implement counter measures to achieve targets
  • Develop a strategy to make portals the go to source of information for customers

YOUR SKILLS

  • University degree in International Business Management or Business Administration
  • Min. 3-4 years of practical and international experience, preferably in the areas of sales and marketing management
  • Very good language skills in English, additional European languages advantageous
  • High affinity towards digitalization
  • Strong organization and problem solving skills as well as a goal-orientated approach
  • Team-oriented, flexible, self-motivated and analytical thinker
  • Very good knowledge and understanding of MS Office
