YOUR ROLE

Job Purpose: Develop and execute global Innovation programs with significant revenue/ profit contribution to SBU goals Key Tasks:

  • Lead and drive innovation programs that are the key growth drivers for SBU key strategic initiatives (KSIs)
  • Active manage innovation KSI and/or segment innovation portfolios
  • Regularly update innovation program progress to functional and SBU leadership
  • Collaborate with PD, TCS and Marketing to develop technology road maps and uncover new opportunities
  • Develop and launch best practices to improve the quality of execution of the ADP process
  • Lead innovation program managers

YOUR SKILLS

Requirements for Position:

  • Years of total experience: 5+ - Yrs Exp. in TCS/ Sales/ Mktg.: 2+ preferred
  • Project Management: 3+ preferred
  • Global management of diverse teams
  • Must have a combination of project management skills and technology knowledge
  • Experience in projects on technology or product development
  • Strong communication skills
  • PMP certification preferred
