YOUR ROLE

  • Identify needs analysis supportive of territory growth with territory sales partner

  • Collaborate with Sales, Marketing and Education departments aligning education focus and supporting brand initiatives

  • Deliver and present education status reports with both short and long term visions, metrics and goals

  • Conduct in-salon, store, and advanced training programs to audiences of all sizes

  • Establish education platforms to internal and external partners driving innovation, and brand focus

  • Collaborate with Brand on trend research, product performance and application methods

  • Deliver education and sales status reports, identifying key growth metrics.

  • Drive sales through advanced curriculum development and execution 

  • Competitive analysis of education training platforms including digital

  • Identify and uncover territory and education needs, and create a plan of action to support all customers

  • Participate and conduct “in salon” and “cluster” education events while developing the ed



YOUR SKILLS

  • Current cosmetology license with proven technical skills

  • Strong passion for the beauty Industry and learning

  • Exceptional organizational skills

  • Clear communication

  • Proficient in MS Office and database management

  • Exceptional writing and verbal communications skills

  • Reliable transportation

  • Able to problem solve and offer solutions and ideas

  • Valid driver’s license, proof of auto insurance, and reliable transportation

  • Travel up to 75% of the time as duties require- including some weekends and evenings
