Market Analysis & Research  

  • Gain understanding of current and future market trends & dynamics  

  • Identify market/channel opportunities where there are unmet needs

Brand Plan Development  

  • Develop a brand plan (by line) that supports sustainable, profitable growth and achieves company goals/targets  

  • Target market segments  

  • Competitive analysis & trend management  

  • Vision/Positioning  

  • Campaign strategies  

  • Driving demand (inclusive of innovation, promotional strategies)  

  • Financial planning/ budget

Portfolio Management  

  • Program management: manage day-to-day logistics of brand programs, own timeline management, program analysis and budget   

  • Utilize historical sales data and customer insights to determine product portfolio   

  • Innovation: create, develop and support execution of new products


  • 3+ years of marketing/product development experience, beauty industry preferred
  • Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Business or Marketing 
  • Comfortable with a startup culture
  • Self-motivating with an elevated level of passion and assertiveness
  • Excellent communication skills, both oral and written
  • Demonstrates leadership and collaboration skills
  • The ability to problem solve and think strategically/analytically 
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Office & PowerPoint
  • Passion for the beauty/fashion industry
