eCommerce Digital Development Manager

YOUR ROLE

  • Performance media: traffic building and conversion
  • Drive Company eCommerce strategy to increase brand awareness and improve ROI for purchase conversion
  • Build up eCommerce paid media strategy, incl. new shopper targeting, loyal shoppers activation, and drive conversion to maximize ROI and sales
  • Collaborate with marketing team internally to better drive performance marketing as well as better leverage brand marketing resources for online marketing campaign initiative
  • Work with eCommerce sales team closely in supporting buying traffic as well as online marketing events
  • Coordinating between 3rd party agency and online distributor/TP closely in tracking and improving performance marketing results
  • Closely work with external partners: ie Alimama team on potential new media approaches understanding and trend catch up to continuously improve media mix and strategy
  • Data insight generation
  • Understand business requests and translate into quantitative analysis
  • Master in Alibaba data bank for consumer tag refinement
  • Optimize the AIPL and FAST performance data
  • Coordinate with agencies for consumer data analysis through Alibaba Data Bank.
  • Coordinate with TMIC Tmall innovation center for consumer behavior & profile analysis and optimization, and tag refinement
  • Analyze other consumer data of Ali/JD/emerging channel platforms

YOUR SKILLS


  • Graduate with bachelor’s degree or above, majoring in statistics, e-commerce or business analytics is a plus

  • 3-5 years' work experience in e-commerce performance media, recruit and retain traffic via data driven approaches

  • Familiar with e-commerce performance media and promotion, consumer survey and insights generation

  • Good business understanding and strong business acumen

  • Previous work experience in FMCG companies, data ISV, or e-commerce TP with actual operation experience

  • Entrepreneur spirit is a must. Prefer internet start-up company experience
