YOUR ROLE

  • Becoming a part of our global team that develops the strategy and operational set-up for Diversity & Inclusion in the company
  • Translation of the global diversity action plan into strong diversity concepts, projects and trainings to make them touchable and showing a clear added value for the employees and the business
  • Develop impactful communication strategies internally and externally incl. campaigns for key diversity dates, lighthouse events and social media.
  • Active steering of the regional Diversity & Inclusion ambassadors and monitoring of the Diversity & Inclusion KPIs and targets
  • Steering of Henkel internal networks and develop concepts to further leverage them
  • Representation of Henkel at internal and external events, networks and panel discussions

YOUR SKILLS 

  • Bachelor or master degree in economics, business administration or psychology (preferably marketing, communication or human resources)
  • Minimum 2-4 years of experience in human resources, ideally in Diversity & Inclusion management, international experiences preferred
  • Strong interest and passion for the topic of Diversity & Inclusion with deep understanding and broad knowledge
  • Advanced digital and social media knowledge (social media posts, picture databases, e-Learnings)
  • Firm knowledge of MS Office applications, especially PowerPoint and Excel
  • Strong communication and analytical skills
  • Great networking capabilities
  • Fluent English language skills, German is advantageous
  • Great team player with a self-motivated, creative, passionate and open-minded personality
