YOUR ROLE

  • Responsible for providing technical information, product recommendation and show application know-how for customer applications
  • Responsible for lab testing, providing product and application training to internal teams, customers and distributors at VRM Training Center
  • Engage and get involved in all Sales and Marketing initiatives and programs

  • Support new product initiatives in terms of product launch and business development activities
  • Ensure to be up to date with the newest trends in application technology for the markets served by Henkel General Adhesives / VRM 

  • Be the first customer for new products developed by the Research & Development department by testing the appropriate application methods for these new materials

  • Prepare detailed test reports for new initiatives or existing products

  • Represent Henkel General Adhesives/VRM at conferences, trade shows and meetings regarding avenues of research and new advances

  • Support and follow-up sales projects and troubleshoot customer complaints. 


YOUR SKILLS

  • University degree from a reputable university in related field, preferably in Mechanical, Industrial and Chemical Engineering, MBA/Masters qualification is an additional asset
  • Minimum 4 -7 years’ experience in a vehicle repair maintenance and automotive after market
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills with aptitude in building relationships with professionals of all organizational levels
  • Preferably hands-on experience in a technical service or manufacturing role in automotive market
  • Fluency in English
  • Prepared to travel (regular short-term business trips throughout Turkey to customer and other facilities)
  • Advanced user of MS Office applications
