Quality Technician - 3rd Shift

  • Perform in-process viscosity checks, determine and document what chemical adjustments need to be made if product is out of specification and provide approval for product to be pelletized.

  • Perform viscosity and moisture tests on pelletized product.

  • At batch completion, audit the process order for completion and accuracy and verify the pallet count and storage location before entering goods receipt, quality inspection results and raw material consumption into SAP.

  • Generate shipping documents for shipping finished product to external warehouse.

  • Comply with all safety, health and environmental policies, procedures and programs.


  • Must be able to pass Henkel’s basic skills assessments

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Good observation, verbal and written communication skills
  • Experience working in a lab using testing equipment and data entry
  • Computer skills, including SAP, Microsoft Office and Outlook
